1. How to Enter
Participants must complete the official entry form available on the Between Friends Food Pantry website. Only one entry form per person is permitted. Completing the form provides one (1) free entry into the sweepstakes.
No purchase or donation is required to enter or win.

2. Donations Are Optional
A donation is not required to participate. Making a donation does not increase the chances of winning. The sweepstakes is open to all eligible participants regardless of whether they donate.

3. Donation Bundles (Optional Thank-You Gifts)
If a participant chooses to make a voluntary donation to support Between Friends Food Pantry, they may receive additional entries as a thank-you gift. These additional entries are not required to participate and are provided solely as an expression of appreciation. Donation transactions occur separately from the sweepstakes entry form.

4. One Entry Form Only
Participants must submit only one (1) sweepstakes entry form. The entry form collects all required participant information. If a participant chooses to make a donation, that transaction is completed separately from the entry form and does not affect eligibility.
 

5. Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older. Void where prohibited. Employees and board members of Between Friends Food Pantry are not eligible to win.

6. Entry Period
The sweepstakes begins on 12/12/2025 and ends on 12/21/2025. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM CT.

7. Prize
One (1) winner will receive an autographed NFL football with Chicago Bears player autographs. The retail value of the NFL Football  (ARV): $60.00. No cash alternative is available.

8. Winner Selection & Odds
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
Odds of winning depend solely on the number of eligible entries received, not on donations or donation amounts.

9. Winner Notification
The selected winner will be notified by email and/or phone within seven (7) days of the drawing. The selected winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within that timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

10. Publicity Release
By entering, the winner agrees to allow Between Friends Food Pantry to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

 11. Privacy
Information submitted through the entry form will be used only for sweepstakes administration and will not be sold or shared.
