Between Friends Food Pantry (“we,” “our,” or “us”) uses Constant Contact to share important updates, event invitations, and information about our charitable food distribution. By subscribing to our email list or opting in to SMS text messages, you agree to the following terms:

1. Purpose of Communications

Our emails and SMS messages are intended to:

  • Share news and updates about Between Friends Food Pantry.
     

  • Provide information on programs, distributions, and events.
     

  • Send reminders or urgent announcements (e.g., schedule changes due to weather).
     

We do not send marketing from third parties.

2. Frequency

  • Email: You may receive occasional updates, generally no more than a few per month.
     

  • SMS/Text Messages: You may receive limited text reminders, typically for urgent updates, service reminders, or special notices.
     

3. Opt-In and Consent

By providing your email address or mobile phone number, you consent to receive communications from us through Constant Contact. Message and data rates may apply for SMS depending on your mobile plan.

4. Opt-Out / Unsubscribe

  • Email: You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.
     

  • SMS: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
     

Your decision to unsubscribe will not affect your ability to access our services.
